Below is a sampling of some of my portrait work. I quite enjoy painting people. I prefer working in one color as I feel that it has a classic feel. It's challenging to get the likeness just right and to capture a bit of soul..... 

I 'occasionally' accept a portrait comission. I also like painting memorial portraits a great deal. I feel it's a gift that returns that person to their loved ones, time and time again....
